Throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts clients have come to Mr.Turner for his combined legal and accounting knowledge, and experience; all of which are factors that are very important in designing and implementing various legal plans. Mr. Turner has lectured nationally to attorneys, financial professionals and accountants on various estate and Medicaid planning topics. Gerald has also lectured at Boston College, Nichols College and Bentley College and has appeared on WRKO as well as various other radio stations.

A graduate of Worcester State College, Magna Cum Laude, Gerald received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (with an accounting concentration) in 1994. Mr. Turner also graduated from, Suffolk University Law School, Cum Laude, with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1997. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1997. Furthermore, Mr.Turner is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Since 1993, Mr. Turner has practiced, in various capacities, as a tax professional for such organizations as the American Association of Retired People and KPMG, LLP. His focus was on taxation of mutual funds, investment partnerships and high net worth individuals. Estate planning, Medicaid planning, business law, debt collection and bankruptcy are the multiple areas of law in which Mr.Turner has practiced.

On top of it all, Mr. Turner is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, The National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, The Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Boston Estate Planning Council.
